Thompson Center Arms Hawken
#1
Hi,
I have recently bought a Thompson Center Arms Hawken, .54 cal percussion rifle. Whilst shooting it today the bolt/screw that holds the hammer to the lock, broke off in the locks hole.  We managed to get it out with no problem. But we have not been able to find a replacement for it. Does anyone know where I might be able to get this part ? Or does anyone know the thread dimensions?

Many Thanks
Dean

Try contacting Brownells - they may be able to import https://www.brownells.co.uk

or maybe a US supplier such as Track of the Wolf https://www.trackofthewolf.com/

Thanks for the advice.

Brownells unfortunately don't stock any Thompson Center Arms parts, but Track of the wolf have just the thing I am looking for ;-). Was put off at first by the $16 p&p charge, but having spoke to some fellow club members who also want some bits , we will be splitting the cost between at least 3 of us.

I have the TC Hawken in .45 so I measured the screw for you. Thread size is 6x40unf. 7/32 long thread. Nearly all my screws are metric so I can't help you there.
